Acuo has implemented hundreds of instances of UCP on five continents, offering turnkey data migration services, routing and federation solutions, gateway and archive configurations as well as full-enterprise vendor neutral archive (VNA) deployments, from small clinics up to the largest multi-site integrated delivery networks. We have implementation experience across all major PACS providers (often in a single install) and all major storage solutions (including customer-provided).
Implementation Process
The Acuo implementation team includes a dedicated project manager and implementation engineer, along with supporting team members as required during various phases of the implementation. These can include HL7 interface specialists, storage and server hardware installation resources, and viewer interface personnel. The typical implementation process includes:
- Project kick-off
- On-site design validation meetings
- Hardware procurement, delivery and installation
- Software installation and configuration
- Interface (HL7 and DICOM) integration
- System training
- Acceptance testing and go-live
