Acuo has implemented more than 600 instances of UCP³ across eight countries, offering turnkey data migration services, routing and federation solutions, gateway and archive configurations as well as full-enterprise Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) deployments from small clinics up to the largest multi-site integrated delivery networks.

Active archive installations, including channel partner solutions and customers delivered via cloud-based deployment service currently number 97 sites. This includes a customer with over 100 locations and more than 60 Acuo nodes spanning 9 states. We have implementation experience across all major PACS providers (often in a single install) and all major storage solutions (including customer-provided).

Implementation Process

The Acuo implementation team includes a dedicated project manager and implementation engineer, along with supporting team members as required during various phases of the implementation. These can include HL7 interface specialists, third-party storage and server hardware installation resources, and third party viewer interface personnel. The typical implementation process includes:
