JEFF TIMBROOK, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Timbrook is a healthcare IT industry veteran of over 20 years. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President and cofounder of Emageon, where he successfully led and managed the sales efforts since the inception of the company. Jeff participated and managed the growth of Emageon from the 1st customer in 1999 to over 260 customers in North America in 2005. Mr Timbrook has been actively involved in the PACS and image management marketplace since 1995. Prior to Emageon, Jeff has held sales and marketing leadership positions at StorCOMM, Medicus Systems, and Lanier Healthcare. Mr. Timbrook received a BBA in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Management from Georgia Southern University.

SHANNON WERB, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Werb joined Acuo Technologies in 2001 and has served in a variety of management roles in product development, strategy and sales/marketing throughout the company's growth. As Acuo Technologies’ Chief Strategy Officer, Shannon’s responsibilities are to drive strategic planning, product/marketing/positioning/development and new business initiatives both across the company and through external evangelizing. Shannon also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Acuo Technologies, leading the company's various professional services business units; including implementation services, software support services, and data migration services. He continues to speak frequently at industry events on medical imaging and the rapidly evolving world of healthcare IT.

Mr. Werb was Director of Information Technology for Suburban Radiologic Consultants, Ltd., a large Minneapolis-based private radiology group operating five independent imaging centers and providing professional services to six area hospitals in the Twin Cities.  In 1997, Suburban Radiologic Consultants formed MediLinks.net, a medical IT consulting firm, and Mr. Werb served as its Vice President of Technology and Chief Operating Officer, as well as serving on its Board of Directors. 

GERRY FITTERER, Chief Financial Officer
Gerry Fitterer served as the Controller of Acuo Technologies from May 2004 to December 2006 before being promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Jundt Associates, Inc. (investment management and private equity firm) since May 2002, Treasurer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since May 2002 and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since July 2004. Prior to joining Jundt Associates, Mr. Fitterer served in various finance leadership positions with both private and publicly-held companies. Mr. Fitterer, a certified public accountant, began his career in 1990 with KPMG LLP. Mr. Fitterer received a MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Mr. Fitterer also served in various leadership positions for over 20 years in the United States Naval Reserve until he retired in 2007 as a Lieutenant Commander.

MIKE DOLAN, MBA, Vice President of Sales
Mike Dolan is a Vice President at Acuo Technologies. Mike is responsible for leading the sales initiative at Acuo. Mike intends to leverage the unique value that Acuo presents in order to enable customers and business partners to increase their value to others. Mike is based in Pittsburgh, PA and is charged with building a strong sales force for Acuo that will focus on direct customers as well as key partners in the North America as well as Europe and other regions. Before coming to Acuo, Mike worked for Emageon Inc. where he successfully directed the design, management and selling efforts delivering the benefits of an integrated healthcare solution while working with partner channels, producing a high impact solution selling strategy. His customers represent many of the top healthcare facilities. Prior to Emageon, Mike Dolan held a number of Sales and Marketing positions with Eastman Kodak's Health Imaging Division. Recently, Mike obtained an Executive MBA in International Business from the KATZ School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

RAZVAN ATANASIU, Chief Technology Officer
Razvan Atanasiu, CTO, joined Acuo Technologies in February of 2010. Mr. Atanasiu is an accomplished leader in the HealthCare IT industry with over 15 years of R&D and management experience and is a recognized authority in enterprise archiving. He is highly regarded for his leadership, his commitment to technical excellence, and his expertise in post merger software product integration.

Prior to joining Acuo Technologies, Mr. Atanasiu held several leadership positions with Emageon including VP of Engineering, VP of Software Development, and Chief Architect. He is one of the founders of Emageon and is a primary contributor to the architecture and implementation of several Emageon product lines. In addition to his business experience, Mr. Atanasiu has an academic background and held an assistant lecturer position with the Computer and Engineering Department of the Transilvania University in Brasov, Romania for three years. He was an early researcher in the areas of DICOM Web Services and Grid Technologies.He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Timisoara, Romania and a MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
