JEFF TIMBROOK, Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Timbrook is a healthcare IT industry veteran of over 20 years. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President and cofounder of Emageon, where he successfully led and managed the sales efforts since the inception of the company. Jeff participated and managed the growth of Emageon from the 1st customer in 1999 to over 260 customers in North America in 2005. Mr Timbrook has been actively involved in the PACS and image management marketplace since 1995. Prior to Emageon, Jeff has held sales and marketing leadership positions at StorCOMM, Medicus Systems, and Lanier Healthcare. Mr. Timbrook received a BBA in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Management from Georgia Southern University.

SHANNON WERB, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer

Shannon M. Werb became President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2005. Mr. Werb joined Acuo Technologies in 2001 initially as a product manager, and then as its Director of Product Development.  From 1995—2001, Mr. Werb was Director of Information Technology for Suburban Radiologic Consultants, Ltd., a large Minneapolis-based private radiology group operating five independent imaging centers and providing professional services to six area hospitals in the Twin Cities.  In 1997, Suburban Radiologic Consultants formed MediLinks.net, a medical IT consulting firm, and Mr. Werb served as its Vice President of Technology and Chief Operating Officer, as well as serving on its Board of Directors. 

GERRY FITTERER, Chief Financial Officer

Gerry Fitterer served as the Controller of Acuo Technologies from May 2004 to May 2005 before being promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in June 2005. He also is Chief Financial Officer of Jundt Associates, Inc. since May 2002, Treasurer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since May 2002 and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since July 2004. Prior to joining Jundt Associates, Mr. Fitterer served as the Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance of ZAMBA Corporation, a Minneapolis-based customer relationship management services company from 2000 to 2002. From 1997 to 2000, he was Chief Financial Officer of Shamrock Computer Resources. Mr. Fitterer, a certified public accountant, began his career in 1990 with KPMG LLP and also spent one year as the corporate controller of Pet Food Warehouse, Inc

MICHAEL SIMON, P.E., VP Business Development & Sales

Michael Simon is a Vice President at Acuo Technologies. Michael is responsible for ensuring that the ACUO understands and communicates the unique value that Acuo brings to its customers and business partners.

Michael, based in Atlanta, is charged with building relationships and strategy with Acuo's strategic accounts. He prior to Acuo, Michael worked for EMC Corporation where he successfully helped design, manage and promote the sales efforts of integrated healthcare solutions by bridging partner channels together into a high impact global selling strategy. His customers represent the top five healthcare IT companies, PACS organizations and end user hospitals. Prior to EMC, Michael held a Sales and Marketing position with Arrow Electronics and served as COO of Global Telecommunication Services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia. Michael is a member of the I.E.E.E (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) and has been licensed as a P.E. Engineer. Michael enjoys Racquetball and piano.

MIKE DOLAN, MBA, Vice President of Sales

Mike Dolan is a Vice President at Acuo Technologies. Mike is responsible for leading the sales initiative at Acuo. Mike intends to leverage the unique value that Acuo presents in order to enable customers and business partners to increase their value to others.

Mike is based in Pittsburgh, PA and is charged with building a strong sales force for Acuo that will focus on direct customers as well as key partners in the North America as well as Europe and other regions. Before coming to Acuo, Mike worked for Emageon Inc. where he successfully directed the design, management and selling efforts delivering the benefits of an integrated healthcare solution while working with partner channels, producing a high impact solution selling strategy. His customers represent many of the top healthcare facilities. Prior to Emageon, Mike Dolan held a number of Sales and Marketing positions with Eastman Kodak's Health Imaging Division. Recently, Mike obtained an Executive MBA in International Business from the KATZ School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
