TOOLS
Acuo Technologies has built a rich set of mechanisms that quickly allow the customer to obtain an overview, or a detailed view of the system activity, workflow and to isolate and solve any possible
problems in an efficient fashion.
The AcuoMed GUI consists of a set of MMC (Microsoft Management Console) “Snap-ins”. Snap-Ins can be constructed to manage specific servers and specific functionalities within those servers. The functional
Snap-Ins two specific purposes are configuration and work flow management.
The customer can combine the AcuoMed GUI with other monitoring tools such as the system Services “Snap-in” and the MS SQL Management “Snap-in” in a single MMC application window. The customer can also monitor multiple AcuoMed servers in the enterprise with a single MMC application window – “Centralized Management”.
TOOLS – INCLUDED WITH EVERY ARCHIVE
Activity Monitor: The “Activity Monitor” is a simple tool that will display any DICOM level transmission to/from the AcuoMed system. This tool gives the customer the capability to see real time activity from the AcuoMed system to/from other DICOM based systems within the network.
History Log: The “History Log” contains much the same information as the “Activity Log”, except it is formatted in an industry standard format which allows Excel to readily import the data. In this fashion the History Log can be used to generate detailed reports and statistics on any installed AcuoMed system.
Windows Event Log: All Acuo Technologies products support Event Generation to specific event logs, supporting Informational, Warning, and Error event types. This mechanism has been used in conjunction with system monitors tools which have the ability to monitor the health of the entire system, page or email when specific events occur, and trigger the capture of detailed trace information.
Hex Tracing (DICOM Sniffer): This mechanism traces all data both written and read from the network, as the data appears on the network. A separate Hex trace is generated for each DICOM association.
DecodeDicom: A debug tool which takes the hex trace as input and annotates the data with DICOM statements, making the trace readily understandable to the user.
ReplayDicom: Uses the output of the hex produced by DecodeDicom to simulate either party in the DICOM transmission, allowing the user to recreate any transmission that was traced using the Hex Trace facility.
DumpAsiffContents: Display the internal asiff and DICOM information; including Header, tag and patch
information. Header includes source of data information, format of file...
VerifyAsiff: Checks the basic structure and availability of an asiff file, reporting any discrepancies.
StoreAsiff: Used to store asiff files to AcuoMed or non-AcuoMed devices in DICOM format, supports compression and is typically used for high performance migration of ASIFF files. |
